Ocala Games

We are now excepting registration for the 2010 Ocala Scottish Games. Please note that we will be limiting the feild this year to 85 athletes. All registrations must be recieved no later then Aug 31st and it is first come first serve. It will be a great venue and it will be great family fun. We will be posting pics of the park on our website for thous of you that have never been. I look forward to hearing from all of you so please shoot me and email @

I just wanted to let everyone know that we have started getting the registration forms. I will have a list up next week, but I do know that we have aproximately 15 registered so far. Just an FYI, my wifes surgery went great. She is healing well and should be back to full functional capacity within a couple months. Thank you to everyone for thier well wishes.

Divisions for O.cala will be A,B,C,Masters 40-44,Masters 45+,Womens under 39,Womens 40+,and if there is enough competitors Senior Master 60+.
Registrations must be recieved by Aug 31 or you will have to pay park entrance and parking fee.

Jeff,

That is in the works.

We are considering many options right now.
Maybe more if they come up.

Having the Applachian Celtic Festival as Ringgolds Chance to put up scores.
And Ocala HG, letting their (losers...j/k lol) Masters put up thier scores.

Or

Having a meeting ground in the middle.

Valdosta maybe?

Or

Picking a good weekend and having a throw only game, one in Ringgold, then one in Ocala.

As I am 47, I'm guessing I will be in the Masters Division.

Time is running out for registration,in order to get you FREE parking you must have your registration in by Sept 4th or you will have to go through normal park entry
